Complaints procedure:

We are sorry you are unhappy, as a member of the Ombudsman Services Energy Broker Alternative Dispute Resolution Scheme we have outlined how to make a complaint and what you can expect.

Our objective is to strive for continuous improvement with the best possible services to meet customer’s needs, whilst ensuring that they are all treated fairly, with courtesy and respect. Celcore Ltd energy brokers will ensure your right to use our services will not be affected because you have made a complaint. In addition, your complaint will be handled fairly and without bias.
All complaints remain confidential and are managed in line with the Data Protection Act 2018. 


We will keep you informed as your complaint progresses through the following complaint process:

Our process:

Step 1: Let us know what has happened and how you would like the situation to be rectified, contact us via phone: 02030539668, email: nick@celcore.co.uk or by post to: - 301a Broadway, Bexleyheath, Kent, DA6 8DT

Step 2: We will acknowledge your communication within 5 working days, confirm with you the nature of the complaint, keep a record by documenting the date and time the complaint was received.

Step 3: After a 28 day internal investigation we will inform you of our decision and whether a formal apology, a goodwill gesture or compensation is entitled. In the event we haven’t been able to resolve the situation to your satisfaction you have the right to pass your complaint to the Ombudsman Services Energy:

The Ombudsman is there to help sort out disputes between energy suppliers, third party intermediaries and their customers. It’s free to use the Ombudsman’s services and they’re totally independent – they don’t take sides and their decisions are based only on the information they have. You don’t have to accept their decision, but if you do, we’ll act on what they say. That might mean saying sorry, explaining what’s gone wrong, fixing the problem or even paying you compensation.
